STRAFE: A throwback shooter that focuses on "speed, gore, and secrets"

In this interview, Director Thom Glunt talks to us about the development of the throwback shooter STRAFE. He describes the game as "a fast, classic shooter with roguelike elements," and says that the goal of the developers is to make the game you remember playing in the mid 90s, not a game as it actually existed. 

The game is currently set for release sometime in 2017, and will be on PC, MAC, and, if the developers can make it "not shitty," for Linux.
