There’s no goose in this game, but it’ll prove to be just as endearing and chaotic as Untitled Goose Game.
The Game Awards brought us a new trailer from the makers of Untitled Goose Game, House House. We were treated to a funny little song by some even more funny little guys. Truly, I have no clue where this gameplay will take us, but it’ll no doubt be an interesting journey.
While the trailer offered little in the way of telling what the game and story are about, it appears to be a multiplayer puzzle game. There’s an interesting juxtaposition of a realistic terrain versus child-like bird creations and somewhat clunky structures.
In the beginning, we see just two of these creatures, but we soon join up with two more to go galavanting through the Australian bushland lending the idea that you’ll be able to play with at least three other people.
From what we see in the trailer, you’ll be teaming up with friends to solve various puzzles to an unknown end. Even with little given about the mechanics of the game, it looks like it’ll be a fun game to play with friends. Untitled Goose Game hadn’t looked like much on first look either, but when it debuted, it was to an almost cult-classic level of acclaim. Big Walk has some big goose-shaped shoes to fill, but thankfully House House seems to have a new running theme going with avian characters. So, it’ll likely live up to the expectations set forth by its predecessor.
Big Walk is set to come in 2025, but there’s no word on which quarter it will be released in or which platforms it’ll be coming to. No doubt, we’ll be getting more information on these funny little guys in the future.
