Former Halo dev’s new game, Disintegration, set for June 16 launch
After a successful public multiplayer beta test earlier this year, the folks at Private Division and V1 Interactive have announced Disintegration, a sci-fi first-person shooter, is set to launch on June 16 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The game will run $49.99 on all digital storefronts.
“I’ve always been a gameplay-driven storyteller, and with Disintegration, I wanted to create a compelling narrative built around mechanics that haven’t been done before,” said Marcus Lehto, co-creator of the Halo series and founder, president, and game director at V1 Interactive. “It’s in my DNA to create memorable characters and rich worlds that go beyond a standard FPS experience. I’m so excited that players get to be a part of it soon.”
In Disintegration you play as Romer Shoal, a Gravcycle pilot who leads a groups of outlaws to take on the Rayonne Force. Check out the story trailer below:
